Honest down to Earth advice is hard to find in today's world. People want to promise you the sky and shy away from telling you the truth about what's happening in today's real estate market. Agent's will be happy to list your house for whatever price you want. Then it won't sell. Then the agent will come back and beat you on the head about price. Did they give you advice on how to best stage your property for showing? Did they explain what's happening in today's market? Did they even show you a Competitive Market Analysis?
